Meet The Face Behind Elixir Pharmacy

I’m Nuha Yousif, the proud owner of Elixir Pharmacy.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I was always passionate about promoting a healthy lifestyle, so I decided to become a pharmacist. Once I qualified, I began to work for a pharmacy, and I enjoyed my role considerably.

However, after nearly a decade, I felt that I could offer a more personalized approach than the big chain stores, which inspired me to open an independent pharmacy two years ago. 

Over the past couple of years, I’ve noticed that my business is growing steadily, thanks to local community support. Consequently, I enjoy spending quality time with each patient as I aim to render the specific care that they seek.

Therefore, I take a customer-first approach, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is my core values. It includes being competent in rendering specialty healthcare. 

Besides, I’m compassionate and maintain confidentiality as I realize that I’m dealing with sensitive information. I also attribute my success to continuously improving my process, which creates a positive customer experience.

As a result, when I witness the love and respect in my patients’ eyes, it fills me with immense satisfaction. I’m so lucky to have so many super customers who have patronized my business from day one.

When I’m not attending to customers, I like biking with my family. I also enjoy watching movies and basketball.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
